This is the Taj Mahal of Midwest Starbucks! So much seating, you'll never miss the drive thru.
What a mess. Three slow girls working. One standing around waiting for food orders. Took 15-20 minutes just to place an order. The line was 10-12 people deep the whole time I was in the store. Mobile orders ruining it for those of us here in person. Got my order wrong initially. Ultimately took 25ish minutes to get... a hot tea. Never saw a starbucks so understaffed.
Although it is a very nice facility (next to the Crown Plaza!), I did not feel welcomed..no greetings upon arrival, no smiles so, my order felt "not tasteful" after driving for +2hrs... but great training, refreshing opportunity...
