I am sad to rate them so low today. I usually rate them five stars. Mia, their barista is rude and needs to brush up on customer service delivery. The world is already becoming very hostile and we don't need to add more negativity. I come to this Starbucks because of their kind staff like Bryan and Andrew and others there but she is the exception. She always seems moody and doesn't seem to want to be there.
There was definitely something wrong with Johnny yesterday. I usually make big orders at this store and and the staff always been kind. Unfortunately, yesterday Johnny(seems like a manager level) took my order and he was very impatient and unpleasant. I might change my destination to far places but would make sure whoever I know definitely know about this!
I bought 10 dollars coffee, they mysteriously added $5 tips without asking me. Add they didn’t even notify me or deliver it to my table. Beware of this store.
