Ever since the store upgrade, this location has been hiring young women who are not respectful to other women and they do not look the part either-not even combed hair, they do not write orders down, do not ask for a customer name, and always give jealous, mean looks to women of other ethnicities. Why can't Starbucks hire normal baristas who are from the same demographics in Irvine and respect customers, they stared me down and forgot my order completely. No respect. Not this location gain!

Staff at this location seems to be Friendly.. Have had Excellent Customer Service For Years.. Highly Recommend This Location 🤩🤗 We have loved this location for years..As well I Love to see how they support in so many ways..Second Harvest Food Bank..
