I’d like to hear from management.. is this what the pink drink supposed to look like? Brother ordered a few drinks to be delivered. All of the other drinks were perfect except this one. I get pink drinks all the time and this one is horribly made. Was any effort made?
I had a really disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. The employee I interacted with was extremely rude from the start, making me feel unwelcome as a customer. When I asked for a drink with no ice, I was charged extra without any clear explanation, which already felt unreasonable. What made things worse was the employee’s attitude—they were dismissive, impatient, and spoke to me in a way that felt outright disrespectful.
