I had a really disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. The employee I interacted with was extremely rude from the start, making me feel unwelcome as a customer. When I asked for a drink with no ice, I was charged extra without any clear explanation, which already felt unreasonable. What made things worse was the employee’s attitude—they were dismissive, impatient, and spoke to me in a way that felt outright disrespectful. staff is so unbelievably disrespectful, so mean to my mom on her birthday acted like she didnt want to be there felt so unwanted, get more respectful staff
