The kid at the window doesn't even bother saying hi to you. He opened the window and just told me the price and then just silently handed me my items while looking in the other direction. Doesn't even say anything when you say thank you either, just goes to take another order. Doesn't really line up with Starbucks' missions and values in my opinion.
Unfortunately they cannot make a consistent cappuccino. Where is the heavy foam and espresso I'm not looking for a glass of milk with a cup of coffee. I got it with extra shots and it's still that way
I usually go through the drive-thru, and every time Chris takes my order, it’s a genuinely great experience. Even through the speaker, he’s warm, friendly, and upbeat — you can just feel his positive energy. He makes you feel like more than just another car in line. Chris is personable, gets the order right every time, and somehow manages to brighten my day with just a short interaction.
