Staffs are trained well. They don't know what they have to do. They have kept asking So I have to wait too long.
I had such a wonderful experience at this Starbucks! I especially want to shout out the store manager, Shannon, for going above and beyond to create such a welcoming and positive environment. Shannon is incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, and it's clear that she genuinely cares about both her customers and her team.
