Waited in drive up for over 30 mins which is horrible services
It was pretty busy, so my drink took a little longer than expected, but that’s understandable. Shannon handled everything very professionally. She was super nice and made sure I was taken care of. I’ve been to places where there is a generic sense of checking in on customers, but she engaged with me about how my day was going and what I had going on in life. I don’t know what’s goin on with this location , whether it’s people calling out of work, customers ordering the entire menu or just slow service. This drive-thru is the slowest I’ve been through. Over 15 minutes and counting sitting in this line right now as I type this review. Only reason why I haven’t left yet is because I already placed a mobile order through the app and paid for it already.
