Extremely slow moving. Not super friendly. The time it said my stuff would be ready they just started making it.
Non-customers are allowed to take the seats of paying customers. I witnessed a derelict stumble in and mumble something to a group of 5 customers sitting at a table. They all left out of fear. I told him that was rude, they were customers, and he should at least buy something. He said he was going to buy something but that was a lie, he didn't. This location is my absolute favorite location in the DC Metro area. I will ALWAYS go out of my way to patronize this location specifically because my drinks are consistently made well and the service is great. I will be a forever customer as long as this is the norm as it has been for the last couple of years!
I love the iced coffees here, I usually always go to another location but this time I decided to stop here since I wanted my coffee after work. I've noticed the customer service is not interesting, the girl at the drive thru is very rude. I ordered the Ice Horchata Oatmilk drink and it was not what I wanted, it looked more like an iced coffee with old milk, which you can see in the glass.
