This is not my first worst experience at this location. I don’t mind paying extra for toppings or customizations, but when I do, I expect them to be done right. Lately, I’ve noticed the drinks don’t come as ordered, and it feels like the attention to detail just isn’t there especially when people are spending money and being specific with their order. Didn’t have the right straw for my drink which took away from it. Ask first.
They need to train their employees better to treat their customers well and not be rude.
If I could give a 0 I would? If you want your drinks made right avoid this location at all costs!! They are consistently a screw up! Beware, you have been warned! They all need to be retrained on how to make drinks!!!!! A Disgrace To Starbucks Establishment!
