Each time I'm craving Starbucks, I hesitate to go to this Annapolis road location because 9 out of 10 times, my order will be nasty or tasteless. And sure enough, today, my three drinks for my family and me came out horrible very bland/tasteless, so I know it's not just me.
This Starbucks does not give Starbucks friendly energy. It is always hit or miss with this location on making my drink correct. This is the second time that I was missing an ingredient that I asked and paid for. On top of that today when they were not busy no line inside or outside, everybody is standing around like it’s a staff meeting, I get to the window and ask to add a cinnamon pull apart and they tell me I have to go back around and I’m just like for what it’s nobody in like!
