Hectic inside of Target. Not enough employees. Cannot order ahead on app. Waited in line for 10 minutes and only 2 orders taken by employees. Still 6 additional people infront of me in line. Ended up leaving.
Not as knowledgeable as expected about available specialty cake pops...hopefully will get better
