Usually don’t leave reviews but I use to love coming here but now customer service is not good. Same girl everytime and always rude to us and everyone else in line. The Drinks are also always made wrong. Definitely won’t be coming back.
Drink was good but didn't appreciate the girl taking a tip out for herself without my permission. I was going to tip regardless, but she shouldn't have taken it without asking she didn't even give me the option she just tried to sneak it on there thinking i wouldn't notice.
Employees are rude and condescending they cannot be bothered with answering questions. Coffee can be bought anywhere, guest experience should be prioritized.
My son loves his matcha with Dubai chocolate. 🤣
