Cute little hole-in-the-wall cafe
I am writing to report a very disappointing experience at one of your drive-thru locations. 1. I was not given a cash receipt because the store stated they were out of receipt paper. 2. I waited at least 20 minutes in the drive-thru with only two cars ahead of me. 3. Both the tall and grande cappuccinos were not filled to the top. 4. The drive-thru employee handed me the drinks in a cup holder, but one of the cappuccinos spilled all over me and inside my car, which was extremely upsetting and a safety concern.
