Busy highway Starbucks, but busy does not excuse incompetent workers. Two dozen people waiting for their orders. Wrong orders. 15 minute wait for food, almost every order wrong. I heard “This is not a venti!”, “I told her no water.””Where’s the other half of my order?” I ordered two drip coffees, and they were delivered very fast. No ID on cups, no label but the cup’s logo was all decorated with crazy red doodles, a mustache and glasses for the lady mermaid…who has time to draw this? The slowest service. I never have time to get a coffee bc they move like they just woke and need some coffee themselves!
"Terrible experience at this location (Aug 22). Not only was the iced espresso completely poorly made—looking and tasting like a mess—but when I politely brought it back to ask for a fix, the staff members were shockingly unprofessional. Instead of resolving the issue, they openly mocked me by mimicking my voice in a high-pitched tone. Zero customer service, zero respect, and completely unacceptable behavior. Will be reporting this to corporate and disputing this transaction."
Drink took 20 minutes (frappe) so order something easy to make 😂
Absolute garbage. Have no idea how to make a drink. Customer service is trash. Go off the express and into a town, you’ll get ripped off at this location
