This Starbucks isn't that bad. The workers are always polite and smiling. I get either the Pumpkin spice latte (hot) or Strawberry Frap.
The baristas have been very messy. When I receive my drink, the cup is sticky and looks sloppy. &usually when I order a hot drink they already have the sleeve around the cup for you. Step it up.
Coffee is often gross
This black manager is rude! They always mess up your drinks and treat you like crap!!!!
