My husband and I are traveling from New York and visited this Starbucks for the first time. I ordered two grande iced brown sugar shaken espressos. One of the cups was broken and my coffee was leaking. The girl barista just put my drink in another cup with a face. I've always had great experiences here. Specifically today: I don't know his name, but an older worker was so kind. He always is. So much is going on today and the simple interaction we had still made my day. Thank you.
