Want to give shout out to Trey! He was super kind and helpful when I was having issues with my Starbucks rewards to get my drink. The drink was also really great!
I ordered a drink through DoorDash and it arrived spilled. When I reached out to the driver, I was told it wasn’t their problem, which felt dismissive. I also contacted Starbucks, and while I understand their policy doesn’t allow them to issue a refund for third party delivery, I was disappointed that no assistance was offered. I hope DoorDash can improve support for situations like this. The lack of assistance was disappointing
