I’m honestly so disappointed. This has happened to me twice this week with my Venti Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso with cold foam. Both times, my drink was filled with milk and creamer and had barely any espresso. When I mentioned it to the barista, they just stared at me like I was asking for something unreasonable. If I wanted a drink that was mostly milk and creamer, I would’ve gone to Dunkin. 😭 I’m paying a lot for one drink, and I expect it to actually taste like the drink I ordered. Awesome customer service as always.
This is the worst starbucks in town, honestly. I don’t think I’ve ever been here and got timely service. And it doesn’t even have a sit-down cafe. It just takes forever to get anything in the drive-thru. The staff seems pleasant enough and they’ve never gotten my order wrong but I’ve waited 15 mins just to get to the speaker to order. And then had to wait another 5 mins for them to take the order.
