I visited this Starbucks location at 6:20 PM, even though they close at 7:00 PM, so there were still 40 minutes left. The staff was unwelcoming from the start. We were not greeted, and communication was done from a distance in a dismissive tone. When I tried to order a drip coffee, I was told it wasn’t available because the machine had already been cleaned, despite the store still being open.
