EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. I go through this drive through the service and friendliness is beyond awesome! I feel like the people who work here like coming to work. So friendly every single time and I’ve been through a lot. Especially today, the gentleman and the drive through was so nice! I wish I knew his name and I’d shout him out! Good job, not every Starbucks is doing quite as good as a job with their service!
Every time when I ask my mocha with whole milk they never make it. Worst Starbucks I ever visited.
I have only been through the drive thru but that part is good
I always enjoyed coming here for a drink since it is conveniently located by grocery stores and has a drive thru. Lately your new hires have attitude for no reason. The people that used to work there have always been happy cheerful and helpful but these new guys you got act like they don’t wanna be there. I could tell the guy was getting annoyed when asking questions about a drink. Pretty sure he also rolled his eyes at me.
Horrible experience at the drive-thru on 5/28 around 8:45 am. I ordered two drinks and twice asked for one of them to be made with no foam—I clearly said it during the order and repeated it to be sure. Still, the drink came out with foam. When I politely asked for it to be remade, the barista got visibly annoyed, dumped the drink, and aggressively chucked the cup into the trash. After that, another employee came over and checked the trashed cup—after it was already thrown away—as if that would help. Still, it said "no foam."... read more
