Shamika was AMAZING this morning even though she was slammed as the Starbucks across the street is closed for remodeling. I don’t know if they weren’t aware for scheduling, but this poor girl was alone and had a line out the door PLUS online orders. Shamika kept her cool an a huge smile on her face!!!

For the past two weeks straight the barista named Adrian balaj he never greets me whatsoever no good morning or your welcome when I’m being kind and saying thank you and good morning, I’m a former employee that worked with him in the past year . He will no longer be getting my service or coins he also caused a disturbance in the break room when I was talking with one of the front end managers & he came in with fighting words and accusing me of stealing. This location always makes my drink the way it's supposed to be!!! The venti brown sugar shaken espresso especially! No where else makes it like this . The staff is always warm and welcoming and very, very consistent. Never disappointed!!
