For the past two weeks straight the barista named Adrian balaj he never greets me whatsoever no good morning or your welcome when I’m being kind and saying thank you and good morning, I’m a former employee that worked with him in the past year . This location always makes my drink the way it's supposed to be!!! The venti brown sugar shaken espresso especially! No where else makes it like this . The staff is always warm and welcoming and very, very consistent. Never disappointed!!
Extremely rude, haughty, and unhelpful batista that works in the early morning(6:30ish) on Sunday March 10th, made me never want to use that Starbucks again. Not acknowledging me for a while then says"Wassup?"and rolling guys eyes especially when I had a question and not giving a verbal answer almost. We can go to Dutch Bros, way friendlier employees and better coffee mostly, or better yet buy coffee and make it 😮.
