I go here almost every morning before work I love it they're always very nice and fast
Not typically the type I've worked in customer service as well as my wife for several years but Very rude staff my wife asked a very simple question and recieved a snappy response and had the straw she asked for tossed through our widow maybe the person there was having a bad day I'm not sure, regardless there is a time and a place. I get that working customer service can suck sometimes but we certainly didnt deserve that
Told I can get an ice water without a purchase and then while I was standing there a drop of water hit me from one of the machines. Not sure what the deal is here at this Starbucks. It seems fine overall but wasn't a very comfortable engagement.
