This was a normal Starbucks several months ago. Now the company moved their hq here and suddenly the workers want to strike and never open the store. Place was closed at 2pm on a Tuesday. Just close the whole store at this point.
Love the convenience of this location, extremely disappointed about the new closing time.
I wanted to bring this to management’s attention because I’m not sure they realize how busy this location is around 4 PM. When I arrived today, there were about 8 customers inside and another 8 outside, right around the time people are getting off work. I went in just before 4 PM to order and was immediately told they were closing at 4. Since then, I’ve watched at least 10 cars attempt to use the drive-through after closing. Extremely disappointing experience at this Starbucks. I arrived before 4:00 p.m. specifically because I knew the store was closing early and wanted to make sure I placed my order before closing. By the time I reached the employee, it was 4:00. Rather than accommodating a customer who had already arrived before closing, I was told they were closed because they were short staffed.
