Absolutely terrible customer service. I wanted a tall iced brown shaken oat milk espresso with cold foam but in a grande cup because they throw away some espresso to fill up the tall with cold foam. So instead of waste and what I paid for just put it all in a grande cup. They said no when I have for years been getting it like this.
