The new manager with the blonde hair is very rude and obviously does not know how to speak to employees. She doesn't greet xustimers or smile. She has totally changed the vibe of the location.
I ordered a drink at the speaker and they neglected to tell me they didn't have the syrup for my drink. I received it and was told at the window they did not have the syrup after I already paid. I called and spoke with the assistant manager about a remake which they said they could do the next day since I couldn't go back because I had to get to work.
