came to starbucks this morning 05/17/2026 at 9:11am ordered two drinks and i receive my drink with this much ice and so little coffee. It’s not fair that these drinks cost so much but yet you receive it like this. feels like they just had some laying around and to make it seem full they add extra extra ice. Such a disappointment how lazy it’s giving just to make a drink properly. after 3 sips it’s gone. $6.45 for a grande just to receive this little coffee. This is not my usual starbucks but the customer service from the barista Gaby was amazing. She provided me with great recommendations and was very patient with me. Gaby had such an uplifting personality that made it feel that I was more than a customer. I can say that this is the first time I felt welcomed in a fastfood chain.
Very friendly and helpful customer service, and the new Ube coconut macchiato tastes amazing, the vibe here is very chill and refreshing cleaning.
