This is not my usual starbucks but the customer service from the barista Gaby was amazing. She provided me with great recommendations and was very patient with me. Gaby had such an uplifting personality that made it feel that I was more than a customer. I can say that this is the first time I felt welcomed in a fastfood chain.
Very friendly and helpful customer service, and the new Ube coconut macchiato tastes amazing, the vibe here is very chill and refreshing cleaning.
I usually love Starbucks, but this specific Whittier location has been frustrating for a while now. They almost never have stoppers for the hot drinks, so coffee regularly spills out while driving. The sleeves are also hit or miss — and when they do give you one, it’s often crushed or torn.
