Liz and Katie made our morning great! The drinks came out perfect! This is the location inside Target in Watertown, NY. I think they represent Starbucks well and would definitely come back!
The drinks were okay. My complaint is with what I assume the manager , Liz . She was extremely belittling to the baristas and micromanaged everything they did (even the height of the cups) . She was so busy scrutinizing everything that she forgot about the one drink (mine) which was the only thing she was doing and 3 groups of customers were served and left before me . This is the type of manager that will make every one of your workers miserable . Fix it
around 3:40 yesterday thursday the 26th i had a very bad experience at starbucks. i ordered a refresher and a lady behind the counter (not in uniform) was shouting in an irate voice to the other starbucks workers. As i ordered my drink, the woman not in uniform told me the drink was disgusting and they were practically bullying me for my drink choice. She was wearing a black shirt working with Jocelyn. Watch out if you are going to the target starbucks anytime soon, you might get bullied by 30 year old women.
Everything looked well the staff was nice enough, until a MOUSE came out from under the trashcan. Nobody seemed phased other than the other customers and I. Apperently they come on the “truck all” the time, I was as little disturbed to say the least.
