around 3:40 yesterday thursday the 26th i had a very bad experience at starbucks. i ordered a refresher and a lady behind the counter (not in uniform) was shouting in an irate voice to the other starbucks workers. As i ordered my drink, the woman not in uniform told me the drink was disgusting and they were practically bullying me for my drink choice. She was wearing a black shirt working with Jocelyn. Watch out if you are going to the target starbucks anytime soon, you might get bullied by 30 year old women.
Everything looked well the staff was nice enough, until a MOUSE came out from under the trashcan. Nobody seemed phased other than the other customers and I. Apperently they come on the “truck all” the time, I was as little disturbed to say the least.
If I could, I would give no stars but On September 21, we went to Starbucks in Target Watertown, New York, we were told it’s gonna be a minute so we waited patiently after 20 minutes with no service. We asked the girl how long it’s gonna be she said we still have online orders to fulfill and it’s gonna be a while so we left. There were two girls there I should clarify that. And this is Not the first time. Customer Service is terrible.
Slow service . Accommodating when asked. It was a holiday Sunday evening. .
There was only one barista working at this time. She was very nice and professional. She got everyone’s drink out in a timely manner considering the long line. ⭐️
