John was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! BUT Ericka was very unkind to John in front of everyone in the cafe. Talking to him in a demeaning tone about taking a 10 minute break. Very unfortunate for such a great store and great atmosphere. Super quick service! But the employees are who makes it that way.
Ericka was BRILLIANT! She recommended the BEST grilled cheese sandwich and prepared it majestically! Two thumbs WAY up! Thank you!
So impressed with this Starbucks! First, Kasey made me a sample for free of the Pink Drink with Energy! Excellent! Yum! And then Brittney made me the best Caramel Frappuccino I have ever had! And I have ordered these many times at many Starbucks! Just excellent with the perfect amount of caramel etc. Thank you for your kind and excellent service today! You made my day!!!
