It’s Starbucks. What else needs to be said.
There was a fly cruising inside where they have their pastries so I told the lady working her shift that to be nice but then she just told me that they don't sell those pastries and they are for display only and didn't even care. Who would want to order food where they see a fly flying around inside a closed cabinet huh?
I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. The barista was incredibly rude when I politely asked about my matcha order, which was missing the strawberry cold foam and syrup. Instead of offering assistance, she responded with an attitude, insisting everything was correct. My coworker, who also went in to help, was refused service when he asked for syrup to improve the drink, even though he was willing to pay.
