The gentleman named Adam displayed a lack of respect. My beverage was not prepared correctly, and he responded with a disdainful expression, failing to offer a greeting or wish me a pleasant day.
Becoming increasingly frustrated stopping in at this Starbucks that I’ve frequented for many years now. The service is so slow now and I don’t understand why, because across town on Floyd Baker it’s not like this. When you pay this much for coffee, excellent service in a timely manner should automatically apply.
