I rarely visit this Starbucks location but I was in city market and thought I’d grab a coffee. The barista was very unfriendly and unapproachable when taking my order. She was abrasive from that time on. When I received my coffee, it was only half filled. When I politely asked if she could add a bit more coffee, she cut me off and said “no, that’s as much as we are allowed to fill it”. I’m sorry, what?? Very disappointed that they refused to replace a hot chocolate that I accidentally spilled 5 minutes after purchasing. I know as a general courtesy they usually will do this. The barista was very rude about it.
Very friendly as I approached. Took the order efficiently. The girl made it within a matter of minutes and I was out the door. Great fast service!
