Very disappointed that they refused to replace a hot chocolate that I accidentally spilled 5 minutes after purchasing. I know as a general courtesy they usually will do this. The barista was very rude about it.
Very friendly as I approached. Took the order efficiently. The girl made it within a matter of minutes and I was out the door. Great fast service!
Sometimes great sometimes ultra slow while they chat
The two ladies said they had a very important 12 person order, and they didn't really have any urgency to help anyone. If you are stopping just for a coffee and not groceries please avoid this location, go down the street.
asked for a large iced water with my order and and she said she could only do a grande……. weird… only starbucks i’ve ever been to too refuse this
