Took 30 mims to finish order. Worker let it sit there while they took and finish others orders. Looks like a new worker but very slow and disappointing with one of my nitro brews.
It has amazing workers but seems like the store doesn't want to keep it open.
They close early when they are supposed to close at 7 pm, why does the sign say 7 if they're closing before that? The employees basically hate their job
I rarely visit this Starbucks location but I was in city market and thought I’d grab a coffee. The barista was very unfriendly and unapproachable when taking my order. She was abrasive from that time on. When I received my coffee, it was only half filled. When I politely asked if she could add a bit more coffee, she cut me off and said “no, that’s as much as we are allowed to fill it”. I’m sorry, what??
