I'm making a new review for Qacey. She was extremely pleasant and is excellent at customer service. I'm pretty sure every customer left that drive through with a boost of happiness.

I just got my coffee in the morning and stopped by starbucks in Target to get my next morning drink. I asked the guy who takes order to not put ice but he didnt put the note, then the girl Jade who made it didnt know so she added ice, I let her know I already told him, she was incredibly rude, argue and pour it in the trash can and throw it. I paid but feel like begging for drink!
I waited 10 minutes for a simple black coffee.
