Let me start off by saying I go to Starbucks EVERY SINGLE DAY, this Starbucks is in the same shopping center as my job and I REFUSE to spend my money at this location. The customer service is awful, all of the employees are rude and unpleasant. You can’t even get a smile out of any employee here, they are in fact mean mugging you instead. I take extra time out of my day to go to the other Starbucks down the street on placerville rd because the customer service is absolutely amazing and they care about their customers.
WORST LOCATION EVERRRR ! THEY ALWAYS MESS UP ORDERS . THEN THEY DO NOT ANSWERS THEIR PHONE YOU CAN CALL 100 TIMES THEY WILL NOT ANSWER VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SEEMS LIKE THEY NEED NEE MANAGEMENT
1st time here with awful experiences with customer service. If an orders wrong fix it, and don't make it a hassel. No one should have to go up 3 times to get the right order. Unfortunately today wasn't a good day here. Never heard my name called regarding my order they only fulfilled half of. I know this staff is new at this location but my advice is to have a seasoned member to make sure everything runs smoothly. All young ladies paying attention to male customers isn't it. Nothing training couldn't change. Good luck
I never heard such a thing in starbucks especially in USA that you have to purchase it something to get a cup of water because i usually don’t drink plastic water bottles water that i can buy even lady told me we don’t carry a glass bottle water, i don’t need to buy a food item or sweet something to get a cup of basic water.
