I’m not sure why, but I would say probably at least once a week this location runs out of a cold brew, doesn’t let you know they’ve ran out of cold brew and just fill your drink with iced coffee. I’m assuming they hope I won’t notice but I absolutely hate iced coffee… And not to mention I’m paying almost double because it’s cold brew. Disappointing experience at this Starbucks. I asked for a cup of water and was refused because I wasn’t a paying customer. While I understand policies, denying something as basic as water doesn’t reflect well on customer service. I’ve had better experiences at other Starbucks locations. Hopefully this one improves.
That’s a shame new policy don’t give a water and don’t allow to use their restrooms. Especially if you don’t want to bye anything right now. So I was really loyal customer, because of their treat to customers ( free water, using bathroom). But now why would I be your loyal customer? No Starbucks anymore. You killed your future entirely. Who needs just your coffee ?
