We ordered a common and crunch and a white hot mocha and proceeded to wait for 20 minutes for our frozen drink after everybody that was behind us already received their drinks not one apology completely disregarding. instead of helping to get customers quickly satisfied, they just completely ignoring us. absolutely ridiculous.
When I say this is the best and only place to go to get coffee, this is it! This customer service is amazing, they know YOU! I love coming here and I will recommend this place to any and everyone! 2 thumbs up!
