The worst Starbucks staff I've ever ran into.
Worst experience ever I was standing at the register waiting to place an order then someone cuts me and they looked him do it then proceeded to not care then walk away after taking his order just to leave me standing there another 5 minutes then after I finally place my order 3 more people came in and ordered after me and got there's before me and I just got a simple coffee worst service I've had from Starbucks in a very long time and I'm a everyday customer fyi this is my first and only time going to this location very disa... read more
I like the Starbucks but the parking can be a little tight because the drive-thru line gets long when you back up. The seatings good. It's more Nero with limited plugs but I needed to get coffee and do some internet stuff since the power was out. If you go inside and order it's a little bit easier than the drive-thru and you can enter off tinken or Rochester road. The staff here is nice and efficient. Never have any problems.
The baristas are amazing and I LOVE chatting with the staff! Jenna is so cute and you should give her a raise! Everyone should visit this store!
