How do you call and see if the store has the medicine ball drink and when you arrive all of a sudden it’s out! I’m believing this one and the one at the legends just don’t like making it! Hire employees that like to do their job!
First it has a drive thru...Great service and very fast. I got the creme brulee latte and a white mocha... very yummy and as always made perfectly by this location. Always fast and friendly here thank you for an amazing experience
If you're going to hire children please have customer service classes. The customer service sucked today again. Extremely unprofessional and then justified it and smirked. Cost to much for any of this to happen.
First I want to say I do not like giving 1star reviews Ordered a mobile order when I arrived at the drive-thru window. It had been 4 minutes. The gentleman on the headset was extremely rude. First, when I said I had a mobile order he said huh. Then I said it again. I had a mobile order for my name. And he said, well you just put your order in you must wait 5 min. They gave me a half of a grande..I asked for espresso shots with oat milk and 3 pumps of hazelnut proceeded to give me a half of a filled cup are you serious? I didn't want to be a Karen I did go back and asked if I can get more oat milk .Im never going back because what kinda joke is this.
