Heather the store manager seems to always butt in and give me problems with my transactions… very rude and abrasive I don’t have this issue at any other Starbucks but this one is closest to my home but I am seriously considering taking the drive to kings hwy each morning instead ! Someone needs to give her some training in hospitality and the customer service side of this buisness !
