Took 4 people 30 minutes to make 2 drinks.
I came in to get a coffee order because my wife likes the coffee from this place. Personally me and my wife will never come back here again. The barista took my order which had a cold brew and a hot Carmel machioto which she took. I gave a tip more than 20% because I have been a server myself. Shortly after that they called my name when they had one coffee done but not the whole order. I expected them to make the whole order because I personally would not make a order and release it to a customer when it is only half complet... read more
Can't use your starbucks app unless you have $ on the App. I have an American express and they wouldn't except it for payment. Starbucks sucks
I expressed a concern with customer service and Kylie called me so quickly and handled the problem! She was great to work with and really cared about my concern! I went back today and had absolutely no issues with my order! Thanks, Kylie & the rest of your staff!
