So story time, I went to this starbucks with family and we got 3 drinks, 2 latte things and a frappechino drink. We got the two lattes after about 10 minutes, other people being served the whole time. Once we finally got our third drink (the frappe) it was 20 minutes of waiting. It wasn't that busy only a few other orders. But once getting the drink someone with me said "thanks but that took a really long time." Weird I’ve came here 4 separate times after getting off work to try and get a drink before they close at 8pm like the hours are listed, And they’ve been closed early every time. I just came right now mind you it’s 7:35 PM. The store closes at 8 PM yet the drive-through automated system came on they were closed. If you close at 7:30 then SAY THAT and update your hours. So I can stop wasting time coming here when I’m getting off work.
Went here in morning all I can say is terrible service. The short, overweight girl with glasses was constantly whining and made the whole experience unbearable. Not to mention the other big headed girl had the craziest attitude. Definitely avoid this place at all costs.
They closed and locked the door at least 15 minutes early and staff refused to look up or make eye contact
