went in to have a coffee after a long day and the lady that helped me was the rudest person ever . her name was amanda , i've never had the most poorest customer service there until now . defenitely not what i expected , and i won't be back to that starbucks because of the way she talked to me , gave dirty looks , and was not friendly. usually when i go the employees greet me , and are so friendly . she was not . she looked as if it was a chore to help me and do her job . defenitely lost a customer because of her
Placed a mobile order for a tall vanilla bean frappe with caramel drizzle that I paid for and they didn’t give it to me. Luckily we caught it before we left and they did give add it upon asking. However, I also ordered a CHOCOLATE BROWNIE and they gave me a CROISSANT!!! Like? How did they get it that wrong. If they were out of the brownie that’s fine but at least tell me and let me pick out what I would like. Didn’t see until I got home. Was already having a bad day.
