Very disappointed with this visit. We waited 35 minutes for our drinks after ordering inside, with no warning about the wait. Meanwhile, the drive-thru was moving the whole time. Both drinks (a tall soy latte and a tall mocha) tasted like there was no espresso at all, just flavored milk. I was counting on coffee before a long drive home, so this was really frustrating. Not worth the time or money.
Order online at 5:30pm went in at 5:45pm to pick up my drinks waited till 6pm then told them I need my drinks soon or I need to cancel because I have somewhere to be. Some guy named Michael said "if you have priorities that is not my problem" very unprofessional and to wait 30 minutes for some drinks and be told its not your problem is mind blowing. This happened 12/27/25 @ 6pm.
Got a hot coca and i had a 5 minute drive home and i open my cup and it’s only half way full? I paid $8 for two of them and one was full but mine was empty?? That’s unacceptable
