The lady making the drinks, Emmy or whatever her name is, was very rude and told me I had to TELL HER when I ordered in the store or she didn’t know to make the drink. Which is incorrect, especially if she made 4 people’s drinks who ordered after me. She made my drink completely wrong, poured the shots of espresso in AFTER blending my drink and added whip to my specifically NO WHIP drink. She gave me attitude and was very rude when I asked about it. I will be returning to speak to a manager and that’s all.
Since I've been in Melbourne Florida which has been a month I have always went to this Starbucks. Faithfully and was a tipper. I arrived at this store yesterday afternoon around 2:00 p.m. nobody at the drive-thru so I went to the window to take my order. The girl that's not happy not at all I ordered my drink she later sent somebody else to the window to tell me that I have to drive back around and wait for my drink.
