My drink was substantially worse at this location. I’ve ordered this drink lots of times at lots of different locations and it has been consistent. This was the one location where it just tasted so bad, that it may have ruined the drink for me. It tasted like a watered down (or milked down) version of the drink. Just had no flavor and I’ve never seen matcha this pale. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I know that’s the only way change can happen sometimes so sorry in advance to the probably wonderful employees there.

Well, just like most stand alone locations the consistency at this location is absolutely terrible. The manager here is awesome and helped me figure out the decaf version of my favorite drink as I can't drink caffeine anymore. However I can order the same drink from the same location (on the same day sometime) and it will never taste the same.
