Worst customer service I have ever had. I was overcharged by $30.00 and general manage was not helpful to refund the money. (Corporate headquarters did issue a partial refund, with good customer service)
There was nobody in the place… I sat down and opened my laptop… and the music was set so loud like 10 minutes after I sat down… so loud that I could feel the bass vibrating the table… kindov inconsiderate expecially after I put my noise canceling headphones on. Just a weird experience. Didnt feel comfortable telling anyone … just left with my stuff and wasn’t stirring down more than 15 minutes total. Nobody greeted me or said have a nice day which was odd but whatever.. won’t be coming back
I've come in here multiple times, on one occasion I asked for a breakfast sandwich which was handed to me ice cold, I returned the sandwich that day ask for my money back and left, just yesterday I asked for vanilla iced coffee cream and sugar sweet with whipped cream, the first coffee that play young lady gave me was completely bland with no sugar, I politely asked for them to sweeten the coffee they attempted to fix the coffee by mixing in more sugar and disrupting the whip cream on top where I asked for my coffee to be re... read more
