Got my order wrong twice. Didn’t want to waste my time going back for a third so one star instead.
I asked for light ice specifically, they put MORE ice than usual and didn't even fill it up all the way. They started talking to each other secretly about me and my friend being like "it's not even that big of a deal, you got the drink" i took a photo of what we got. All they filled up. Rude service!!
I order 2 drinks and asked for light ice and I saw then making if they filled the whole cup with ice and then put in the drink in and k get a venti!! And on top of that they didn’t even fill it up all the way and I’m so mad I paid 11 dollars for it! And the cup doesn’t even say light ice? After we specifically said light iceAnd when I went back I only asked for light ice because I know they put a pound of ice in the cup and barely put any drink.
