Got my order wrong twice. Didn’t want to waste my time going back for a third so one star instead.
I asked for light ice specifically, they put MORE ice than usual and didn't even fill it up all the way. They started talking to each other secretly about me and my friend being like "it's not even that big of a deal, you got the drink" i took a photo of what we got. All they filled up. Rude service!!
I order 2 drinks and asked for light ice and I saw then making if they filled the whole cup with ice and then put in the drink in and k get a venti!! And on top of that they didn’t even fill it up all the way and I’m so mad I paid 11 dollars for it! And the cup doesn’t even say light ice? They don't take the rewards and their attitude is so nasty! Hubs tried to surprise me with a little treat using his birthday thing and they refused to even acknowledge the app at first. When he tried to ask about scanning the app to use the rewards she snapped at him saying 'we don't take that here!' in a nasty tone, so rude!
