They don’t know how to make jack bro. I ask for a protein cold foam and they said they’re out but I asked if they had another cold foam option and didn’t give me any when ik there is. And the Hispanic guy was mad rude if I’m thinking of my order
i came here on a day where it was not busy at all and there was not a single car in the drive thru; i mobile ordered a drink and they made it wrong, so i asked for them to remake it very kindly and they remade it wrong (a literal mobile order that says exactly what is in the drink); the first time they added the wrong flavoring and then the second time they just left out the coffee entirely. when i asked them to remake it they asked me what i wanted different.... um idk maybe what it says on the sticker??? won't be back
literally just pulled away and noticed that more than half of my matcha had cold foam(where the line is indicated in the picture). The ice was floating from all the way at the bottom. I took maybe about a few gulps trying to get to the actual drink. Had I known the drink was going to be milk and a sweetener with 25% matcha, I would’ve changed my drink but I was already running late. Don’t charge for a $7 if you don’t have enough matcha product to begin with. What a scam. Do better.
