Representative at window was super courteous and appropriate. Outside area, in drive thru, looked like the side of a highway, filled with trash. Coffee here is not consistent. This one is closer to home, but always end up driving to Wall’s location because the coffee is always the same.
Workers are very rude. Ive come here many times since it’s closest to where I live. They almost always get something wrong…no issue…I just ask to get it remade and move on with my day, but the constant bad attitude is uncalled for. Sorry I want the correct drink I paid for.
Horrible attitude. Baristas do not know a single thing about customer service. Drinks always come out wrong.
The cashier was really rude and didn’t come to the window I had to honk multiple times to get anyone’s attention to get my pick up order. Very bad experience and I come here almost twice a day will definitely reconsider this location if this is the type of people they are hiring..
