There was a BUG in my drink. I went in store to complain about it and at first I blamed the baristas but, I noticed there are a TON of little bugs that fly around the area where my iced teas are made. This is ABSURD. And absolutely disgusting!
Can you read? When the order says no whip, generally that means don’t put whip cream in it. Instead of “put it in the bottom”. No whip means NO whip cream at all. Thanks for putting it on the bottom so I didn’t notice it was there until I was far away. Good move.
The first Starbucks I’ve been they refused a cup of water if you don’t buy anything.
We just stopped for my husband’s birthday drink for app members and the employee didn’t honor it .
