What a Joke of a Place I work at another location not to far from this one . I was told I had to be charged for a cup of ice or water and if I wasn’t buying anything Starbucks policy was I couldn’t have ice or water if I wasn’t buying anything I know that is a lie because at other Starbucks they offer it to customers no charge especially here in the Texas Heat . I even told the ladies to charge me for the ice or the water they refused .
