This Starbucks gets really busy, especially during school hours, but the staff always does a great job. I usually grab my coffee and study here during the quieter hours, and it’s a really nice place to sit and get some work done. Everyone working here is friendly and hardworking. Definitely one of my favorite spots on north campus!

I don't usually write reviews but this really bothered me. Every time I've been in, I've noticed the manager yelling at the baristas in a way that feels genuinely demeaning, like she's scolding little kids instead of managing employees. It's uncomfortable to watch, honestly. These are grown adults being spoken to like they don't know how to do their job. This is the third time now I’ve gone to this Starbucks and they’ve locked their doors 35-40 minutes before their posted closing hour on the app/door.

Order the same thing and half the time it’s good, the other half of the time they give you a cup of milk. My regret is not standing up for myself and asking for a refund.
