I am quite disappointed with the closing procedures at this location. Although the store closes at 9:00 PM, the staff started stacking all the chairs on top of the tables as early as 8:10 PM. I was still sitting there, and it felt like I was being rushed out the door. I understand pre-closing tasks are necessary, but doing this 50 minutes early while customers are still present feels very unwelcoming. I’m curious - is this how a Venti Cannon Ball Drink is supposed to look?
Worker at window was super nice , received drink and noticed it wasn’t as pink as it normally is because the tall refresher I ordered was 8% drink 92% ice.
I used to really enjoy the different coffees & food at this location. However, I was very disappointed in the taste of 2 iced beverages I received via the drive thru window location off Dacula Rd. by the Kroger Grocery Store this morning. The 1st beverage tasted like pure nail polish or some chemical was poured in it. I sent the person who picked it up at the drive thru back to tell them the drink was terrible.
