I ordered on the mobile app, and when I arrived I drive up to the drive thru window to pick up my order due to the icy conditions outside. They were very rude and didn't like the fact that I was retrieving my order at the window.

The last time I was in I ordered a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino with Banana Cream Cold Foam. It was picture perfect and I would recommend the Banana Cold Foam if you haven't had it. They have a Protein one too , but they were out , so I just did the regular one. I wanted to try something different and this paired well like a Chocolate Banana. Waited in line here for 20 minutes this afternoon for my mobile app order… I ordered a honey citrus mint tea… which was supposed to me made with Jade Citrus Mint Green Tea & Peach Tranquility Herbal Tea, instead they made it with two bags of Royal English breakfast Tea… normally i wouldn’t mind but I specifically bought this because I'm fighting a cold. Disappointed is an understatement.
The staff here are AMAZING! Very friendly and always make my mornings better I love you guys!
