I was really surprised by the response I received today. I often order cold foam with hot drinks at this location and others, but today I was told that it’s not possible. I’ve never had this issue before, and I’ve had cold foam added to hot drinks many times without any problem. I had this wonderful barista named Ella! Her smile was so infectious and her energy was radiant. Not only was the service from her great but she made my complicated drink order perfectly and with no complaints! Coming back just for her :)
There is a barista named Bella that is always so friendly and warming up the entire store with her upbeat attitude. I love getting my coffee here and will be becoming a regular at this location! :)
