the only good thing about this place is the barista named ella. she is the sweetest soul you will ever meet. always takes care of me
The drinks they make isn’t consistent！ last time they make my drink wrong, I ask them redo for me, and the lady was so rude, I can feel she had attitude! Never go back this location!
This is the closest location to my house, but I always leave feeling upset because the staff is so incredibly rude. I usually go to a different branch even if it's further away, but I decided to give this place another try today. Big mistake—they were just as unfriendly as ever. I ended up leaving without ordering and went to the Cumming location instead, where the service was amazingly kind. What a huge difference!
