Reserve Status Member here that wanted to let the corporate office know that this Starbucks goes above and beyond on service I spend over $400.00 per month with the company and order for cups of coffee daily for my staff and wanted to recognize the outstanding customer service at this locations. Absolutely no common sense or customer service at this location. They were out of egg bites. So I had suggested if I could just have two egg patties and they wanted to charge me for two full sandwiches although I was not getting any of the meat any of the bread. There was no compromise with the worker. I would suggest going to the Kent Road Location over this location any day! They are awesome there and so kind. It was my mistake trying this one morning instead of going to my go to daily location.
A 24-hour Starbucks. What could anyone find wrong with that.
