The Starbucks on 1301 Cooper Point Rd SW, Olympia, WA 98502 has let me down today. I have been a frequent customer, ever since having my business in the neighborhood. I have ordered the same drink on multiple occasions, with no issue, except for yesterday! As I tried to place my order, I was told that due to a new “policy” I could not add whip cream to my drink. This was quite perplexing, as I didn’t understand why I couldn’t customize my drink, that which the recipe has not changed, would be the cause of such an enforcement... read more
