Minimum 20-30 wait for a drink. Even if there is no one waiting inside. Always the same issue. Same with all my coworkers (work in plaza) . Most of them now go to the mom and pop coffee stand down the street. I made a mistake and stopped in here because there was hardly anyone inside. Still waited over 20 min. Staff is very friendly. I'll give them that.

This is the slowest Starbucks and apparently it has always been if you read old reviews. It shouldn’t take a half hour in the drive through at 320 on a Tuesday afternoon. I’m normally very patient but this is extreme and has happened multiple times to me and my family members. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but even with what looks like full staffing it is unreal how slow it is. Nobody ever apologizes for the wait or anything. So slow.....employees are nice and order is correct but waiting 20 min. for a drink is not okay. There were 4 cars in front of me in the drive thru. Yawn.
