I am extremely upset as this is my first time going to this Starbucks and I paid more for my drink then I usually have to which I found weird then she doesn’t fill it anywhere near the top. Like why am I paying so much for a drink that’s not even full so then she’s rude and just puts more ice in it! It also didn’t taste anything like when I normally get the same drink.
I was Visiting this location from Canada; went in for a coffee at 4pm on Tuesday.. (today) Very disappointing experience at the Starbucks inside Target. I was the only customer in line, yet received no greeting, no acknowledgment, and no service. The barista continued doing whatever she was doing without even looking up. After waiting with no response, I eventually left without ordering. Completely unacceptable level of customer service for a Starbucks .. perhaps US is different than Canada.
I’m a regular Starbucks customer. A fan. 3-4 times a week. I stopped into the Delaware Avenue location near Kenmore Ave. I’m in line for coffee and asked for the restroom door code. The barista asked me if I had bought anything because the restrooms were for customers only. Taken aback, I replied, I am a customer and I’m in line to place my order. Arrived 45 minutes prior to my work schedule. I received a gift card. Because I have not visited a Starbucks since the University Plaza location closed years ago. It stopped being in my route to work. I entered checked the menu. There were three workers. The lady who took my order and three others left the other two people to complete the orders.
