Mariah is one of the most disrespectful workers I have ever met. She is extremely rude to new customers who are asking questions about items on the menu, even told me if I want recommendations to go to TikTok and find drink ideas rather than helping like every other barista.
I just ordered Starbucks from Uber eats. And normally when I order I do not have any issues. But today's experience was nothing but disappointment. I ordered a venti soy pistachio latte and it literally looks like someone took a small coffee and just dumped it into the cup and it's nothing but foam. So I basically paid almost $9 for a coffee just for it to be less than half with the coffee and then all foam!! Update. So many employees just standing around and doing nothing at all. Service is incredibly slow for absolutely no reason.
Manager Mike was so kind to me when I made a mistake with my order. Not to mention, I was the person that came in on Thanksgiving. The staff was so sweet and helpful!
