Either an over turn or barista just don't care, I live right across the street, I ask for the same drink everyday and you never know how it's going to taste never consistent. You can ask for less icec still going to feel the cup up, you can ask for less sweet still going to give 3 oz of sugar, you can write all the cute gestures on a cup but if you can't follow ingredients or give the customer preference what's the point, I think the notes on my cup just make it more upsetting lol
Customer service suck. I told them my order 20x and they still could get it right. Gave them cash and they couldn’t give me my money back. Manager kal didnt resolve nothing just taking up for the blonde hair guy at the drive thru. Then came inside still got the order messed up🤷♀️ never had the problem at Starbucks and I go to Starbucks all the time this location sucks. Sloppy work
