Staff was polite and the coffee house was clean.
This was honestly one of the worst drinks I’ve ever been served. I paid for a full drink and was handed a cup with a visible gap at the top, not filled, not even close. I order this regularly, and it is ALWAYS filled to the top, so this was immediately a red flag. The drink itself was completely wrong: • Barely any milk, it tasted like straight, bitter espresso • Cinnamon powder was missing entirely • An excessive amount of cold foam just dumped on top • A literal gap of air between the drink and foam • Completely separated ... read more
